Refund Policy

Digital product sales are final because digital books are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately after purchase.

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital books once a purchase is completed, except where required by law.

Coaching purchases are final and non-refundable once any of the following has occurred: onboarding has started, a questionnaire has been submitted, access has been granted, communication has started, or a personalized plan has been created or delivered.

Missed check-ins, missed calls, lack of response, lack of progress, or failure to follow the program do not qualify for a refund.

Arda Fitness does not guarantee specific weight loss, muscle gain, strength gain, body composition changes, or performance results. Results depend on effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep, genetics, lifestyle, and adherence.

If you have an issue with an order, contact ardafitnesscoaching@gmail.com before opening a dispute or chargeback. Many issues can be resolved directly. Chargeback abuse may result in account termination.

Refunds may be issued only at Arda Fitness’s sole discretion or where required by law. If a refund is required by applicable law, Arda Fitness will comply with that requirement.
